Youth Ministry Lecture Series
The 3rd annual Youth Ministry Lecture Series will be held at Epiphany
Lutheran Church, Ft. Wayne IN from 9:00 am.-4:00 pm. on Saturday,
November 22nd. Cost of the event is $15 and includes lunch.
The event is sponsored jointly by Lutheran Outdoor Ministries
and the Indiana-Kentucky Synod Youth Ministry Committee. The
YM Lectures Series is made possible through a grant from the Lilly
Endowment of Indianapolis.
"LIFE
& FAITH IN THE EMERGING CULTURES" Featured speaker
at this year's series will be Dr. Nathan Frambach, Asst. Professor
of Youth, Culture & Mission at Wartburg Seminary. Dr. Frambach
will share successful youth ministry models, pastoral care techniques
with teens, and his field research of youth in our post-modern
worship communities.

BAG OF TRICKS Youth Ministry Leaders Workshop
A Saturday
(10:00 am-3:00 pm) experiential learning workshop where participants
will learn, test, create, and take home 10 "ready to go"
initiative game activities. (Initiative games are non-competitive
and require everyone to participate, communicate, cooperate,
and problem solve). Participants take home an actual "bag
